Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within India. For major cities like Bangalore, Mumbai, and Delhi, you might receive it sooner. Express shipping options are available at checkout.
Currently, we only ship within India. We are working on expanding our shipping capabilities to international locations in the near future.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS with a tracking number and a link to track your package.
Returns & Refunds
We offer a 7-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging. Custom-made items are not eligible for returns unless there is a manufacturing defect.
To initiate a return, please visit your account orders page or contact our customer support team at support@heartstonejewels.com. We will arrange a pickup for you.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Yes, all our silver jewellery is crafted from high-quality 925 Sterling Silver. Each piece comes with a purity certificate.
Keep your silver jewellery dry and store it in an airtight container or the pouch provided when not in use. Avoid direct contact with perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals.
