Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship products to almost all parts of India. Orders placed will be shipped within 24-48 hours. We ship on all days except Sunday and National Holidays.

At this time, we do not ship internationally, but we are working on bringing our collection to global customers soon.

2. Delivery Timelines

• Metro Cities: 2-4 business days.
• Rest of India: 4-7 business days.
• Remote Areas: 7-10 business days.

Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

We offer FREE Shipping on all orders above ₹2,000 within India.

For orders below ₹2,000, a flat shipping charge of ₹100 will be applied at checkout.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS confirmation with the tracking number and courier details. You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched.

5. Damaged Packages

If you believe that the packaging is tampered with or damaged, please refuse to accept delivery of the package and immediately contact our Customer Care. We will arrange for a replacement delivery at the earliest.
