Hassle-free returns within 7 days
At HeartStone Jewels, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
- The item is returned within 7 days of delivery.
- The item is unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item is in the original packaging with all tags and certificates intact.
- The receipt or proof of purchase is included.
Note: Custom-made or personalized jewellery items are not eligible for returns unless there is a manufacturing defect.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your account and go to "My Orders".
- Select the order you wish to return and click on "Request Return".
- Select the reason for return and submit the request.
- Alternatively, you can email us at support@heartstonejewels.com with your order details.
Once your request is approved, we will arrange for a courier pickup from your delivery address.
3. Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (Credit Card, UPI, etc.). For Cash on Delivery orders, we will transfer the amount to your bank account (details to be provided by you).
You will receive the credit within 5-7 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@heartstonejewels.com.
